What do we stand for?
Team Draco started out as a general robotics and engineering club in 2023 at SOAR Palmdale but has since transformed into the robotics team today. We joined the FIRST TECH CHALLENGE in 2024 as a rookie team with less than 15 people, gaining lots of experience and developing close relationships in our first year. We have since expanded into a team of 25+ people. We aim to create an intellectual engineering environment with a diversity-centered foundation where all ideas are heard and all viewpoints are considered, regardless of background.
Why sponsors?
As a new team we are in need of materials, tools, and parts throughout the season that we are not able to afford on our own. As a result, we are looking for sponsors who are willing to donate to help support our growing team.
